Shipping & Local Pickup
All Mendy’s Melts freshies are handmade and made to order just for you! Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be made before it ships. This processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free local pickup is available for customers who would like to pick up their order.
Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Mendy’s Melts is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or marked as delivered. If there is an issue with your shipment, I’ll be happy to provide your tracking and shipping information so you can contact the carrier directly for assistance.
Returns & Refunds
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because every Mendy’s Melts freshie is handmade and made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds.
Please carefully review your scent, color, glitter, and other selections before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.
Mendy’s Melts is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, delayed, mishandled, or damaged by the shipping carrier. If you experience a shipping issue, I will gladly provide the tracking and shipment information needed for you to contact the carrier.
Disclaimers
Freshie Care & Heat Disclaimer
Freshies are heat-sensitive and may soften, warp, melt, or become damaged when exposed to excessive heat. Always hang your freshie as intended. Do not place it on your dashboard, console, seat, or any other surface inside your vehicle, especially during hot weather.
Mendy’s Melts is not responsible for melting, warping, discoloration, or other damage caused by heat, direct sunlight, improper use, or improper placement after the product has been delivered or picked up.
Heat-damaged freshies are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or exchanges.
Each freshie is handmade, so slight variations in color, glitter placement, texture, and appearance are normal and are part of the handmade nature of the product. These variations are not considered defects.
